Avighna Group Acquires Emaar Business Park in Dubai

Avighna Group, through its UAE arm Avighna Invest, has acquired the Emaar Business Park, Building 3, located on Dubai's prime Sheikh Zayed Road, from Bank Muscat’s Izdihar Real Estate Fund for Rs 555 crore. The Grade A commercial property, offering 150,000 sq ft of office and retail spaces across a six-storey structure, is currently 90% leased to multinational and regional companies, including Standard Chartered, Starbucks, and Godiva. This strategic acquisition marks Avighna Group's entry into the global capability center segment, driven by the growing demand from multinational corporations. With its exceptional location and blue-chip tenants, the deal aligns with Avighna Group’s global expansion strategy, complementing its ongoing real estate projects in India and other international markets.
