The Grade A commercial property at Brigade Metropolis, a marquee property, spanning 22,940 sq ft amounts to a property value of about Rs.8,936 per square ft and has been pre-leased for 15 years, which will provide stable monthly returns. According to CBRE, the new office space supply across top 7 cities is expected to exceed 165 million sq ft between 2023-25 with Bengaluru accounting for 29 per cent of supply in India.
