Conscient Awards Rs3.5 Billion Contract To NCC For Gurugram Project

Conscient Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has awarded a Rs3.5 billion construction contract to NCC Ltd for its residential project in Gurugram. The contract covers the development of 540 flats within the company’s 5.6-acre ‘Elaira Residences’ project located in Sector 80, Conscient said in a statement on Tuesday.

Conscient, which has been active for more than four decades, has delivered over 20,000 homes and holds a development portfolio spanning 35 million sq ft across Delhi-NCR, Dehradun and Goa.
