Danube Properties Launches Serenz Residential Project in JVC

Danube Properties has launched Serenz by Danube, a premium residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), marking its latest addition to Dubai’s urban housing market.
The project was unveiled by Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, along with Adel Sajan, Group Managing Director, Sana Sajan, Director of Agency Relationships, and Danube’s Global Ambassador Brett Lee.
Serenz by Danube is a 50 + 25-storey development strategically located between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, offering what the developer describes as a “2-minutes-in, 2-minutes-out” access for improved citywide connectivity.
Positioned as a lifestyle-led residential project, Serenz spans over 120,000 sq ft of curated amenity spaces and offers more than 40 facilities catering to residents across age groups. Amenities include a serenity pool, children’s aqua park, landscaped gardens, spa and wellness zones, fitness areas, sports courts, daycare facilities, meditation spaces and community social areas.
Commenting on the launch, Rizwan Sajan said, “Serenz by Danube represents our vision of creating more than just homes. Our fully furnished premium apartments are designed to enhance everyday living through comfort, wellness and luxury. Supported by our signature 1 per cent per month payment plan, the project offers strong value for both homeowners and investors.”
The fully furnished residences are priced from AED 850,000. Danube Properties said the project is aimed at both end-users and investors, leveraging JVC’s family-oriented environment, established rental demand and long-term growth potential.
With Serenz, Danube Properties continues to expand its portfolio of amenity-rich developments while maintaining its focus on affordability, structured payment plans and timely project delivery.
