Kamat Hotels Expands With New Property in North Goa

Kamat Hotels (India) Limited (KHIL), a pioneer in eco-conscious hospitality, has signed a management agreement to operate its second luxury property in North Goa under the “IRA by Orchid” brand .
The new hotel will feature 43 well-appointed guest rooms, a banquet hall, swimming pool, two in-house restaurants, and a health club. It aims to offer guests a blend of leisure, comfort, and Orchid’s signature eco-friendly hospitality. The property is scheduled to open by 30 September 2025 .
North Goa remains one of India’s most popular destinations, attracting both domestic and international travellers with its vibrant beaches, Portuguese heritage, nightlife, and bustling markets. KHIL’s expansion with IRA by Orchid strengthens its presence in this highly competitive tourism hub .
Executive Chairman and Managing Director Dr Vithal Kamat said the new hotel marks another milestone in KHIL’s growth journey.
