SOL Properties Unveils AED 2.2 Bn SOL LUXE Tower in DubaI

SOL Properties, the real estate arm of the Bhatia Group, has launched SOL LUXE, a landmark AED 2.2 billion mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road. At 280 metres and 62 floors, it will be among the tallest freehold towers on the iconic boulevard, blending luxury residences, Grade A offices, and retail spaces.

Scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, the tower will house 288 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, alongside 66 Grade A office units with expansive skyline views. Amenities include an infinity-edge rooftop pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, gyms, yoga decks, multipurpose halls, children’s zones, and curated retail outlets.

The tower’s bronze-and-glass façade, high-performance glazing, EV-ready infrastructure, and AI-powered smart systems highlight its sustainability and modern design. Located near DIFC Metro Station and just 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport, SOL LUXE offers connectivity and lifestyle convenience, with projected returns of 8–9%.

Ajay Bhatia, Founder and CEO of SOL Properties, said the development embodies the company’s vision of creating timeless luxury and sets a new benchmark for real estate on Sheikh Zayed Road.
