SOL Properties Unveils AED 2.2 Bn SOL LUXE Tower in DubaI

SOL Properties, the real estate arm of the Bhatia Group, has launched SOL LUXE, a landmark AED 2.2 billion mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road. At 280 metres and 62 floors, it will be among the tallest freehold towers on the iconic boulevard, blending luxury residences, Grade A offices, and retail spaces.

Scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, the tower will house 288 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, alongside 66 Grade A office units with expansive skyline views.
