VLIV by Experion Launches Women-Only Co-Living in Noida

VLIV, the managed rental housing brand by Experion (a part of AT Capital Group), has launched its first women-only co-living facility in Greater Noida. This purpose-built residence offers 730 twin-sharing beds and features a range of amenities centred on safety, comfort, and well-being. With a committed investment of $300 million, VLIV aims to build a structured, service-led rental housing ecosystem to meet the growing demand in India’s urban centres.

Speaking on the launch, BK Malagi, Vice Chairman of Experion, stated, “India’s rental housing has long been fragmented and inconsistent. At Experion, we believe quality living must be built on accountability and long-term value. VLIV reflects that commitment not just by offering better residences, but a dependable, professionally managed platform. India’s co-living sector is projected to grow from ₹4,000 crore in 2025 to ₹20,000 crore by 2030, with organised inventory expected to triple to nearly 1 million beds. This is our opportunity and our responsibility to raise the standard for how India lives. VLIV is built not just for today’s demand, but for the future of how India’s cities grow and thrive.”

The company has ambitious plans to scale to 20,000 beds in the coming years, with a long-term vision of expanding to 100,000 beds across India. Emphasising the need for transformation in the rental housing sector, Vivek Raj, Chief Operating Officer at VLIV, added, “Anyone who’s lived, worked, or even travelled abroad knows what well-managed rental housing can look like. And within India, lifestyles and aspirations have evolved. Yet people are still navigating outdated, fragmented options or paying too much for too little. With VLIV, we are not chasing disruption through noise; we are quietly reimagining rental living by raising the bar on quality of life and delivering it with consistency, care, and safety built on solid compliance.”

The newly launched co-living space combines thoughtful design and robust infrastructure, including biometric access, round-the-clock security, wellness zones, and certified kitchens.
