3i Infotech Subsidiary Wins Talent Deployment Contract With Krung Thai Bank

3i Infotech (Thailand), a wholly owned step down subsidiary of 3i Infotech, has won a contract from Krung Thai Bank Public Company on nine July 2026. The order covers talent deployment to support application development, enhancement, testing and digital transformation programmes. Roles specified include full stack development, backend development in Java, frontend development using Angular, DevOps engineering, quality assurance and test automation, business analysis and solution architecture. The engagement reflects the subsidiary's continued focus on banking technology services in the region.

The agreement spans 15 months from 24 June 2026 to 20 September 2027 and the contract value is THB 10,542,056.07 exclusive of applicable taxes. The firm indicated that the rupee equivalent is approximately Rs 30 mn, converted from the original figure reported as Rs 3 crore. The Thai baht (THB) and the Indian rupee (Rs) amounts are stated in the disclosure to clarify commercial scale. The contract will be executed under the timeline agreed with the customer.

The company submitted the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015 and referenced the SEBI master circular dated 30 January 2026. The board noted that the amount falls below the materiality threshold and that the disclosure is being made on a voluntary basis. The submission includes annexure details on the nature of work, international counterparty status and confirmation that promoters have no interest in the awarding entity. The transaction is not a related party transaction.

The firm stated that the information will also be made available on its website and requested the stock exchanges to take the disclosure on record.
