Awfis Delivers 67,000 sq ft Innovation Hub for eBay in Bengaluru

Awfis Space Solutions, India’s largest flexible workspace provider and the country’s first publicly listed workspace solutions platform, has added eBay to its growing list of prestigious global capability centre (GCC) clients. Awfis has designed, built, and will manage a ~67,000 sq ft innovation hub for eBay at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru, supporting the e-commerce leader’s AI-first commerce strategy.

The new centre will function as a strategic hub, advancing artificial intelligence, engineering, product development, and applied research, while further strengthening eBay’s growth in India. Embassy Tech Village, located in North Bengaluru, is the city’s largest operational office park, offering seamless connectivity to the international airport and the city centre, along with strong commercial and social infrastructure.

The mandate was facilitated by Zinnov, a leading global consulting firm known for helping enterprises build, scale, and transform their global capability centres.

As of June 2025, Awfis operates 39 centres in Bengaluru, including two recently launched Elite centres at Manyata Tech Park and Prestige Venus, adding ~80,000 sq. ft. super built-up space. Nationwide, Awfis has over 230 centres, more than 1.5 lakh seats across 18 cities, and a diverse portfolio of workspace formats, mobility solutions, and allied services.
