The new centre will function as a strategic hub, advancing artificial intelligence, engineering, product development, and applied research, while further strengthening eBay’s growth in India. Embassy Tech Village, located in North Bengaluru, is the city’s largest operational office park, offering seamless connectivity to the international airport and the city centre, along with strong commercial and social infrastructure.

As of June 2025, Awfis operates 39 centres in Bengaluru, including two recently launched Elite centres at Manyata Tech Park and Prestige Venus, adding ~80,000 sq. ft. super built-up space.
