Bajaj Electricals' net profit up 34% in Q4 FY23

During the three months that concluded on March 31, 2023, Bajaj Electricals reported a growth in its net consolidated profit of 34.08 percent. The company reported in a BSE filing that its profit after tax increased to 518.5 million in the fourth fiscal quarter of this year from 386.7 million in the equivalent period of the previous fiscal.The company's net consolidated total income for the fourth quarter of FY23 was 15221.1 million, up 12.30% from 13553.4 million it reported in the same quarter of FY22.

The board proposed a final dividend on the company's equity shares for the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2023, at a rate of Rs 4 per share (200%) of face value of Rs 2 per share.
