BirlaNu opens experience centre in Vijayawada

BirlaNu, part of the CKA Birla Group, has recently opened its first Experience Centre in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Located on Mahatma Gandhi Road, Governorpet, the centre showcases the company’s product range across walls, floors, pipes, putty and construction chemicals.

The centre has been designed to offer product demonstrations in simulated application settings, enabling customers, contractors and architects to evaluate materials before specification or purchase. The format aims to support better decision-making by allowing users to understand product performance through direct engagement rather than catalogues or price-led comparisons.

Akshat Seth, Managing Director and CEO, BirlaNu, said South India remains a strategically important market, with Vijayawada positioned at the centre of a region witnessing major infrastructure growth. He added that the centre is the first in a planned wider network across key markets.

The location aligns with construction activity around Amaravati and BirlaNu’s expanding South India footprint, including its Rs 1.27 billion fibre cement board plant in SPSR Nellore district. The move forms part of the company’s broader growth strategy focused on product innovation and sustainability.
