Bondada Group Hosts ‘Bharat Unbound’ for Young Entrepreneurs

Bondada Group recently hosted ‘Bharat Unbound – Celebrating the Freedom to Dream, Create & Lead’ in Hyderabad, bringing together students and young entrepreneurs to discuss entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience and emerging opportunities in India.

Held at Bondada House as part of the Group’s Independence Day celebrations, the event featured a fireside conversation with Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Bondada Group. He shared insights from his entrepreneurial journey and discussed how young people can use their freedom to pursue ideas, create opportunities and contribute to national development.

More than 40 students and young entrepreneurs from different cities and backgrounds participated in the session. Discussions covered failure, risk-taking, business building, technology, mentorship and the skills required to become future-ready leaders. Several participants also expressed interest in mentorship, collaboration, technology transfer and opportunities in infrastructure development.

Speaking at the event, Dr Rao said that freedom should also be viewed as the ability to take responsibility, accept risks and create value for others. He encouraged young people to continuously learn, take ownership of their decisions and recognise opportunities emerging from India’s economic and technological transformation.

Dr Rao also urged participants to treat setbacks as learning opportunities, highlighting the importance of domain knowledge, persistence and the willingness to improve.

The discussion highlighted emerging opportunities for young people across technology, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, renewable energy and other growth sectors. Participants explored how India’s ongoing transformation is opening new avenues for innovation, enterprise creation and participation in national development.

Through Bharat Unbound, Bondada Group aims to encourage young Indians to pursue ambition, learn from failure, embrace innovation and contribute to the country’s growth.
