Casagrand Secures Rs 7 Bn Investment from Blackstone for Industrial and Logistics Parks

Casagrand has received an investment of Rs 7 billion from Blackstone to develop industrial and logistics parks across Tamil Nadu. The company stated that the partnership will support the creation of modern, integrated facilities aimed at meeting rising demand from manufacturing, e-commerce, and warehousing sectors in the region.
The investment will be deployed across multiple planned parks, with a focus on locations offering strong connectivity, industrial potential, and long-term growth prospects. Casagrand noted that the collaboration strengthens its expansion strategy within the industrial and logistics space, while enabling Blackstone to deepen its presence in high-growth infrastructure assets.
The projects are expected to generate employment, enhance supply-chain efficiency, and contribute to Tamil Nadu’s growing status as a manufacturing and logistics hub.
