CorporatEdge Enters Dubai with New ‘Offitel’ Workspace at Emaar Square

CorporatEdge, a leading provider of premium workspaces blending five-star hospitality with business functionality, has expanded its global footprint with the launch of its signature ‘Offitel’ centre at Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai.

Spanning 31,000 sq. ft., the new Dubai centre features 62 fully serviced office suites, ranging from private cabins to team offices for up to 100 seats. Designed for multinational and UAE-based enterprises, especially Mainland-registered companies, the workspace offers reliable, full-service infrastructure to support global and local business needs.

The ‘Offitel’ concept—a fusion of “office” and “hotel”—offers a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience, tailored for productivity and comfort. The Dubai centre will offer managed offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, virtual office options, and scalable enterprise solutions. An official launch is scheduled for October 2025.

Phase 2 will introduce business support services, including company formation (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore), visa facilitation, concierge assistance, bank account opening, workspace fit-outs, compliance advisory, and lease negotiation.

Strategic Expansion with Empyrean Edge
As part of its regional strategy, CorporatEdge has partnered with Brymont to form Empyrean Edge, a premium workspace brand targeting the Middle East and Africa. The Dubai centre marks the first milestone under this joint venture, with future expansions planned across Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other key markets.
