DCM Shriram commissions flexi-fuel flaker plant at Jhagadia Chemical Complex

DCM Shriram has officially commissioned its Flexi-Fuel Flaker plant with a capacity of 300 tonnes per day (TPD) at its flagship Chemical complex in Jhagadia, Bharuch District, Gujarat, on October 17, 2024, at 9:00 AM. A second flaker unit of the same capacity and design is nearing completion and is expected to be operational next quarter.

The state-of-the-art flexi-fuel plant offers multiple fuel options, enhancing sustainability and efficiency. This new flaker capacity will enable DCM Shriram’s Chemicals business to expand its reach to distant markets, particularly through export opportunities.
