DEVIT Wins Rs Seven Point Three mn HARTRON Contract

DEV Information Technology Limited (DEVIT) has informed stock exchanges that it has been awarded a work order by Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (HARTRON) to design, develop, implement and maintain the Haryana State Legal Knowledge System for the Chief Secretary Office, Government of Haryana. The contract has been described as a fixed cost engagement awarded by a domestic state entity. The total order value is approximately Rs seven point three mn. DEVIT made the disclosure pursuant to Regulation thirty and the relevant SEBI circular.

The contract value comprises two main components, with Rs four point eight two mn allocated for design, development, deployment and implementation as per the scope of work, and Rs two point four eight mn for annual maintenance. The initial delivery phase for design, development, deployment and implementation is scheduled to be completed within four to five months. The subsequent maintenance phase will run for three years.

The company said the order aligns with its managed IT services and enterprise application offerings and is expected to support digital legal knowledge access for the state administration. The engagement reinforces DEVIT's presence in government technology projects and adds to the company's domestic order book. The promoter and promoter group have no interest in the contracting entity and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
