Digilogic Conducts Bhoomi Pooja For Project Udaan

Digilogic Systems Limited (the company) held a Bhoomi Pooja, a traditional groundbreaking ceremony, on 12 April 2026 in Hyderabad to mark the start of Project Udaan, its planned advanced manufacturing facility. The ceremony was attended by the company senior leadership and was described as a milestone in the firm strategic expansion into large scale production. The event was filed with the stock exchange as part of routine stakeholder communication.

Project Udaan is intended to build manufacturing capabilities on Indian soil and to strengthen the company production infrastructure. The facility is expected to enhance quality control, speed of turnaround and scalability across the product range. The company reported an investment commitment of Rs 596.8 million (mn) for the project with a projected completion in December 2027.

The initiative aligns with national goals to develop a domestic electronics manufacturing ecosystem and to attract higher value activity. Project Udaan is expected to generate significant direct and indirect employment in the Hyderabad region while supporting local suppliers and strengthening the broader supply chain. The company indicated the facility will serve as the backbone of its manufacturing operations and will enable closer integration of research and production functions.

Digilogic Systems Limited is a technology led company engaged in the design, development, integration, manufacturing, supply and support of automated test equipment systems, radar and electronic warfare environmental simulators, application software and embedded signal processing solutions for the defence and aerospace sector. The company thanked its leadership and stakeholders for enabling the milestone and said work will progress towards construction and operational readiness. Further regulatory filings and periodic updates were promised to inform stakeholders as the project advances.
