EIRC of ICAI Felicitates Newly Elected Leadership of ICAI

The Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) successfully celebrated International Women’s Day under the esteemed aegis of the Women and Young Members Empowerment Committee (WYMEC), ICAI. The event also followed by a Felicitation Ceremony for our torchbearer – the newly elected Hon'ble President, ICAI. The celebration was held at Raasmanch2,RaajkutirSwabhumi,Kolkata, with an enthusiastic gathering of members, students, and distinguished guests. The International Women’s Day Celebration, focused on empowering women through insightful sessions conducted by renowned experts. · Dr. Tapti Sen, Senior Consultant, Oncology, and Dr. Sujata Dutta, Senior Consultant, Gynaecology, deliberated on the topic Well Being of Women & Precautions. The session was highly informative, addressing key health concerns and preventive measures. · CS Ryena Gupta,Self-Defence Trainer, conducted an engaging session on Self Defence & being Self Dependent. Attendees actively participated in the demonstration and found the session to be highly empowering. · CA Priti P Savla, Chairperson of WYMEC, ICAI, delivered an insightful address on Maintaining Work Life Balance, sharing valuable strategies for managing professional and personal responsibilities effectively.

The event also honored Senior Lady Members of ICAI for their contributions and dedication to the profession. Their felicitation was a moment of pride and recognition for the efforts and achievements of women in accountancy.
