Engineering goods exports to the US and shipments to China

In the fiscal year 2022–2023, the US remained India's biggest export market for engineering goods, with a total value of shipments that increased by 6.8% annually to $18.67 billion.

The UK, Germany, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Indonesia are some of the other significant areas that experienced good growth.

Month after month, China imports of engineering products decreased. Engineering exports to China decreased 52.4% from the previous year to $2.63 billion in FY23, down from $5.53 billion.

UAE, Turkey, and Thailand were among the other leading markets with negative growth during the year.
