Espire Signs Five New Hotels Across India

Espire Hospitality Limited has signed five new hotels across India, reinforcing its presence in key travel destinations such as Udaipur, Rishikesh and North Goa. This expansion is part of the company’s ambitious goal to double its room inventory by March 2026. Each new property has been strategically selected to meet growing demand in emerging tourist corridors, reflecting the brand’s commitment to offering immersive experiences in inspirational locations.
In Udaipur, the upcoming Country Inn Premier will be centrally located with 55 rooms, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and 1,115 square metres of banquet space. In Rishikesh, three new properties are set to open: a Country Inn Premier just 500 metres from Lakshman Jhula with Ganga view rooms, a night club, restaurant, and a 370 square metre banquet hall; another Country Inn nearby offering similar features along with family-friendly amenities such as a gaming arcade and kids' play area; and Smart Stays by Country Inn, a youthful hotel with 31 rooms, rooftop pool and restaurant, and gaming facilities. All three Rishikesh properties are scheduled to open in November 2025.
In North Goa, the Country Inn Calangute will be located 500 metres from the beach and will offer 44 rooms with private balconies, two restaurants including a poolside bar, and a gaming arcade. It is also expected to open in November 2025.
Beyond these additions under the Country Inn brand, Espire Hospitality also plans to launch three ultra-luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan. Each of these will offer premium experiences in iconic destinations. Furthermore, the company is finalising a new ZANA Resort in Dehradun, which will enhance its presence in North India’s premium hospitality sector.
