Everest Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Arpit Kumar Nagori as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 1, 2025, until a permanent CFO is appointed.

Nagori, currently serving as General Manager – Corporate Finance, is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounts, and corporate strategy within the manufacturing sector. His expertise spans financial management, business controlling, tax compliance, process improvements, restructuring, and automation.

The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held today, ensuring continuity in the company’s financial leadership.
