GHV Infra Secures EPC Contract for Maharashtra Expressway

GHV Infra Projects Limited said it has entered a construction contract with APCO Infratech Private Limited for the development of expressway connectors between Jalna and Nanded in Maharashtra on April 11, 2026. The company will undertake survey and investigation, design and engineering, procurement and construction, supply of plant and materials, maintenance, temporary works and other activities necessary for completion of the allocated scope. The contract covers the execution of the allocated works under the construction contract.

The total consideration of the contract is Rs 12,500 mn excluding taxes and the project is to be executed over 30 months. The project forms part of a key expressway infrastructure initiative in the state and reflects the company’s growing participation in large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. The contract is expected to reinforce the company’s presence in the roads and highways sector and complement its diversified portfolio across infrastructure, industrial, buildings, energy and coastal infrastructure segments.

Ajay Hans, the managing director, said that securing the contract marked a significant milestone for the company and reinforced its capabilities in executing large and complex infrastructure projects. He stated that integrated EPC expertise, a strong execution track record and focus on quality and timely delivery continued to drive client confidence. The company reiterated its commitment to contributing to India’s infrastructure growth through efficient and high-quality project delivery.

The award substantially strengthens the order book, which has risen from Rs 93,000 mn as at December 31, 2025 to around Rs 114,000 mn including GST, reinforcing healthy revenue visibility and execution capability. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 the company reported revenue from operations surging by approximately 1,960 per cent to Rs 4,019.513 mn from Rs 195.076 mn in the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before tax increased by around 851 per cent to Rs 400.807 mn from Rs 42.142 mn and profit after tax rose by approximately 880 per cent to Rs 309.993 mn from Rs 31.642 mn, while earnings per share improved to Rs four point two three from Rs three point seven three.
