Greenpanel Expands MDF Production Capacity to 891,000 CBM

Greenpanel, India’s No. 1 MDF Company® and the largest wood panel manufacturer has taken a significant step in its growth journey with the launch of a new production line at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Srikalahasti, Tirupati (D), Andhra Pradesh. This strategic expansion strengthens Greenpanel’s leadership in the industry and boosts its overall production capacity. With the addition of the new line, Greenpanel’s annual MDF manufacturing capacity has increased from 660,000 CBM to 891,000 CBM, reinforcing its commitment to meeting growing demand and maintaining its dominant position in the market.

To commemorate this development, Greenpanel hosted a milestone event marking the production of its first board. The event was graced by Greenpanel’s MD & CEO, Shobhan Mittal, along with key stakeholders who participated in an exclusive facility walkthrough. An in-depth look at the advanced manufacturing capabilities highlighted Greenpanel’s unmatched growth trajectory and its continued market supremacy in both domestic and international markets.

As the country’s largest MDF manufacturer, Greenpanel has also diversified its product portfolio by introducing a thin MDF range from 1.5 mm to 1.7 mm. This latest addition caters to a growing demand for precision-engineered MDF solutions across various applications. Leveraging the pioneering ContiPress Technology (Dieffenbacher CPS+), this new MDF line will enable the company to cater to evolving market demands and unlocking limitless possibilities.
