HAVER & BOECKER Expands Service Capacity in Turkey

HAVER & BOECKER has launched a new service center in Turkey, Haver Service and Consumables Turkey, in collaboration with Ilka, the company’s long-time industrial packing supplier in the region. This strategic move aims to enhance customer service, cut response times, and streamline service activities locally.

“Ensuring fast service for our customers worldwide is crucial,” said Engelbert Köß, General Manager at HAVER & BOECKER Service. “Turkey’s growing market demands a reliable local service center, and with Ilka’s partnership, we are able to provide that solution.”

The new center will offer a full range of services, including consumables, OEM spare parts, operator training, repairs, and performance upgrades, serving industries such as cement, building materials, chemicals, and food. It also leverages HAVER & BOECKER's global expertise in application and material testing to ensure optimal packing solutions.

Ilker Cavder and Kazim Sonmez will oversee the new center, with Ilka’s deep market knowledge supporting the service teams to better cater to local customers.
