HEAPRO Partners with Sweden’s Twiceme to Launch Smart Safety Helmets

HEAPRO, India’s leading manufacturer of industrial personal protective equipment (PPE), has partnered with Sweden-based Twiceme Technology to introduce digitally enhanced safety helmets in India. The collaboration aims to strengthen workplace safety and digital compliance across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, telecom, and renewable energy.
The Twiceme-enabled helmets integrate with the Twiceme Safety Management Portal (SMP), a digital tool that allows companies to monitor PPE inventories, schedule inspections, and verify user certifications for high-risk tasks. The system records inspection logs, fitness data, medical information, and user identity in real time, enabling quicker emergency response and streamlined regulatory compliance.
HEAPRO’s induction into the Sweden-India Business Council (SIBC) further reinforces its commitment to advancing industrial safety and digital transformation.
Vicky Gupta, Managing Director, HEAPRO, said, “Our partnership with Twiceme aligns with our mission to offer high-quality safety solutions and build connected, data-driven safety ecosystems.”
Christian Connolly, CEO, Twiceme Technology, added, “Safety should be a right, not a privilege. Together, we are delivering technology that enables faster response and better preparedness on job sites.”
This marks Twiceme’s first official product launch in India, bringing global safety innovation to local industries.
