Henkel appoints Pradhyumna Ingle India president

Henkel has appointed Pradhyumna Ingle as Country President for India, strengthening its focus on one of its key growth markets. Based in Navi Mumbai, he will lead the company’s growth strategy, expand market presence and advance innovation across Henkel’s businesses in India.

Ingle will continue to hold his global leadership responsibilities as Global Head – Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Head – Manufacturing & Maintenance within Henkel Adhesive Technologies. His appointment comes as India continues to see strong momentum in infrastructure, industrialisation and consumer-led growth.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across India, Asia Pacific, North America and the Middle East & Africa, Ingle has worked across business growth, organisational development, acquisitions, integration and digital business models.

He succeeds S Sunil Kumar, who led Henkel India for the past five years. Kumar will relocate to Dubai to take on an expanded role leading strategic projects across the IMEA region, along with his current responsibility as Director Packaging – IMEA.

Henkel said Ingle brings global experience, deep market understanding and a customer-focused approach to the role. The company expects his leadership to support its next phase of growth across Adhesive Technologies and Consumer Brands in India.

Ingle said India offers significant opportunities across manufacturing, infrastructure, mobility, electronics, energy and digital technologies. He added that Henkel would continue strengthening local innovation capabilities and delivering sustainable growth for customers, employees, partners and communities.

Ingle holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
