Hind Rectifiers Appoints Manoj Nair as Chief Executive Officer

Hind Rectifiers (HIRECT), a leading manufacturer of power semiconductors, electronic equipment, and railway transportation systems, has appointed Manoj Nair as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).

With over 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, power, infrastructure, and technology sectors, Nair will be responsible for driving Hind Rectifiers' overall strategy, operations, and growth roadmap.

Prior to joining HIRECT, Nair served as CEO of IIMS, a CK Birla Group company, and held several senior roles at Cummins India. As Vice President – Power Generation, he played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint and launching industry-leading solutions. His experience spans critical sectors including rail, marine, mining, defence, oil & gas, and industrial applications.

Nair is widely respected for his ability to lead large-scale transformations, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable business growth. His expertise in digital innovation and customer-centric strategies aligns with Hind Rectifiers’ vision of building a future-ready organization.
