IHCL, Ambuja Neotia to Launch 15 Hotels Across East, Northeast

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has signed an agreement with the Ambuja Neotia Group to launch 15 new hotels across eastern and northeastern India, expanding their partnership to over 40 hotels.
These projects will include Taj, SeleQtions, and Tree of Life brands across West Bengal, Sikkim, and Himachal Pradesh. Initial signings include Taj Darjeeling, SeleQtions in Kolkata and Siliguri, and a Tree of Life in Lataguri.
IHCL MD & CEO Puneet Chhatwal said, “These projects will unlock the region’s tourism potential, building on IHCL’s legacy of destination development.”
Chairman Harshavardhan Neotia added that this collaboration is a testament to the strong synergies between both companies, with the Taj brand adding global visibility to emerging destinations.
