Interarch to Invest Rs 1 Billion in Andhra Steel Plant

Interarch Building Solutions on Sunday announced plans to invest around Rs 1 billion in a new manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh dedicated to pre-engineered steel structures.

The facility, to be spread over 20 acres, will add 25,000 metric tonnes of capacity in its first phase. Production is scheduled to begin by the end of Q2 FY27 and is expected to generate more than 200 direct and indirect jobs in the region, the company said.

Manish Garg, CEO of Interarch, said: “The facility will enable faster construction of multi-storey steel buildings that are efficient, sustainable and resilient against extreme climatic conditions. This expansion further consolidates Interarch’s leadership in the high-rise steel building segment, as we continue to invest in capacity, drive innovation and shape the future of steel construction in India.”

Interarch is one of India’s leading turnkey providers of pre-engineered steel construction solutions, with integrated capabilities in design and engineering, manufacturing, and on-site project management for installation and erection of steel buildings.
