JCBL South Delivers 100th Trailer to BEML

JCBL (South), formerly known as JML, a leading name in trailer and truck manufacturing, is thrilled to announce the delivery of its 100th trailer, marking a significant milestone in its journey. This achievement highlights the company’s unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and delivering solutions tailored to the specific needs of its clients. The 100th trailer was delivered to BEML, a prestigious Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

Adopting a customer-centric approach, JCBL South designs trailers that are customised to client specifications while upholding the highest standards of quality. The company’s manufacturing facility is equipped with a dedicated layout that employs a single-piece flow concept, enhancing both productivity and efficiency. The trailers are designed using the latest software tools and produced with lean manufacturing principles. State-of-the-art CNC machines and tooling, as well as especially in-house-made axles, are used to ensure precision at every stage of production.
