LANXESS Extends CFO Oliver Stratmann’s Term by Five Years

LANXESS has extended the tenure of Chief Financial Officer Oliver Stratmann by five years, with his new term beginning on 1 September 2026. The Supervisory Board reappointed him to the Board of Management, citing his strong financial stewardship during challenging market conditions.
