Saya Group has signed a strategic agreement with Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate and manage 336 fully serviced BIZTOP Business Class Suites at the mixed-use Saya SouthX development in Greater Noida West. The partnership aims to deliver high-quality accommodation for professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate travellers in one of the National Capital Region’s fastest-growing commercial corridors.

Modern suites, managed excellence

Spread across the 7th to 25th floors, each BIZTOP suite averages 668 sq ft and will be run to Lemon Tree’s hospitality standards under the BIZTOP brand. Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, said the collaboration “integrates business efficiency with comfort”, while Carnation CEO Vilas Pawar called it “a truly premium solution for Greater Noida West”.

A vibrant commercial hub

Occupying about 0.68 million sq ft on a three-acre site, Saya SouthX already houses retail outlets, fine-dining restaurants, food courts, a multiplex, gym, infinity pool and banqueting spaces. The addition of BIZTOP suites is expected to boost daily footfall beyond 0.05 million, serving a catchment of more than 0.5 million residents.

Strengthening a luxury portfolio

With 5.37 million sq ft of residential projects delivered and a further 2.37 million sq ft of commercial space nearing completion, Saya Group says the venture cements its position in the premium commercial real-estate market while underscoring its record of timely, innovative delivery.
