Liotech Secures Rs 64.6 Mn Orders For Architectural Hardware

Liotech Industries has informed the stock exchange that it has received purchase orders aggregating to Rs 64.6 million (mn) for the supply of architectural hardware products. The disclosure was filed on 28 July 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, following the company's internal reporting procedures. The orders were described as regular purchase orders and the company stated that they are governed by customary commercial terms agreed between the parties.

The aggregate consideration for the purchase orders was stated as Rs 64.6 mn. The orders have been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed on a domestic basis.
