Mach Conferences Wins Rs 920 Million Punjab Govt Contract

Mach Conferences and Events Limited has secured a government contract valued at approximately Rs 920 million from the Government of Punjab for the Chief Minister’s Tirth Yatra initiative. The order was awarded on December 31, 2025, marking a significant milestone for the company’s growing government business segment.

Under the mandate, Mach Conferences will manage end-to-end execution of a two-night, three-day pilgrimage programme for around 185,000 yatris. The programme facilitates travel from adjoining cities and villages of Mohali to the Golden Temple in Amritsar. The scope of work includes comprehensive logistics management covering accommodation, transportation, and food and beverages, aimed at delivering a seamless and dignified experience for participants.

The assignment will be executed over a six-month period, with revenue visibility split between FY26 and the following financial year. The company said the order reflects its ability to handle high-impact, large-scale government programmes with strong operational discipline and compliance standards.

The Punjab government contract marks a major achievement for Mach Conferences, which entered the government segment only around four months ago. In this short period, the company has secured three government contracts of varying scale and complexity, demonstrating its execution capabilities, scalability and ability to manage large programmes efficiently.

Commenting on the development, Mr Amit Bhatia, Chairman and Managing Director of Mach Conferences and Events Limited, said the order is a strong validation of the company’s operational strength, discipline and ability to deliver large-scale, high-impact programmes with consistency and accountability. He added that the government segment is expected to evolve into a steady and meaningful contributor to revenues, supported by improved utilisation, operating leverage and long-term institutional relationships.
