NBCC Secures Two orders Valued at nearly Rs 2.30 Bn

The first order, valued at Rs 1.48 billion, has been awarded to the company by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for AIIMS, Bilaspur. It involves the construction of 72 dwelling units, four lecture halls for the nursing college and paramedical sciences, a 204-bed undergrad boys’ hostel, a 334-bed undergrad girls’ hostel, as well as the installation, testing, and commissioning of an interactive rooftop solar PV power generation system.

The second order, worth Rs 810.35 million, has been received from the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam. This is for providing project management consultancy services for the construction of a new hostel, dining building, and allied infrastructure at IIM Visakhapatnam’s permanent campus.

Last week, the company announced multiple order wins totalling Rs 4.05 billion, which included construction projects in Delhi, Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Uttar Pradesh, and Mumbai.

The company had also secured two significant orders worth Rs 4.89 billion in the previous month. The first, amounting to Rs 4.59 billion, came from the Department of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Welfare in Chhattisgarh. It involves the construction of Eklavya Model Residential Schools across various locations in the state, including Bastar, Sukma, Dantewada, Narayanpur, Rajnandgaon, and Jashpur. The second order, valued at Rs 300 million, was awarded by Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities in New Delhi for the construction of a permanent building for the composite regional center in Jamdoli, Jaipur.
