Nimbus Group Reports 77 Per Cent Q4 Pre-Sales Growth

Nimbus Projects Limited reported robust operational performance in the fourth quarter of FY26, with significant gains in pre-sales, higher customer collections and continued execution across its project portfolio. The company, a leading real estate developer in North India, disclosed the results in a regulatory filing in April 2026. The update highlighted sustained demand in the residential segment and improved cash flow realisation.

In Q4 FY26 the company's pre-sales booking value stood at Rs 2,812.4 million (mn), up from Rs 1,589.0 million (mn) in the corresponding period last year, representing growth of 77 per cent. Customer collections in the quarter rose to Rs 1,006.3 million (mn) from Rs 455.1 million (mn), an increase of 121 per cent and indicating stronger cash flow realisation. These operational metrics reflect improved market traction and sales conversion during the quarter.

For the full year FY26 the company reported pre-sales of Rs 5,450.0 million (mn) and customer collections of Rs 2,850.0 million (mn), underscoring consistent demand and operational resilience across projects. The annual outcomes supported the company's view of steady market interest in its inventory and effective execution efforts. Management pointed to disciplined sales strategies and project delivery as drivers of conversion from bookings to collections.

The chairman and managing director attributed the strong pre-sales growth to sustained homebuyer confidence and healthy demand across key markets. He noted that focus on timely execution and a disciplined sales approach continued to support conversion of bookings into collections and strengthened the company's cash flow position. The company also indicated that decentralised project management and experienced leadership underpinned ongoing expansion in key growth corridors.

With over three decades of experience in India's real estate sector, Nimbus Group has established itself as a diversified real estate and infrastructure developer with a strong presence in the National Capital Region. Since its incorporation in 1993 the group has delivered multiple residential and commercial projects across Noida and Greater Noida and continues to expand its footprint. The company stated that its activities contribute to urban development and enhance residential accessibility in the region.
