Nuvoco Vistas has recently received the SAP ACE Award in the ‘Disruptor – Customer Experience Management’ category for its digital customer platform, NuvoSETU. The unified B2B portal integrates orders, payments, quotes, account details and loyalty programmes across cement, RMX and building materials businesses.

With 95 per cent of cement orders routed through the platform across 13 states, the system enhances transparency, real-time tracking and operational efficiency. The recognition underscores Nuvoco’s push toward scalable, digital-first customer experience.
