Propsoch secures $500k pre-seed funding led by Godrej, Vakil Group

Real estate insights startup Propsoch has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by the family investment offices of the Godrej Group and the Vakil Group. The funds will support Propsoch’s expansion into Mumbai and Pune and further scale operations in Bengaluru.

Founded by Ashish Acharya and Ravi Agrawal, Propsoch also has backing from industry veterans such as former Godrej Properties CEO Mohit Malhotra and former Titan MD Bhaskar Bhat. “Our goal is to bring transparency for homebuyers making crucial decisions,” said Acharya.
