The proposals included the incorporation of blockchain technology into the state's administrative framework, the development of a digital verification-based auto-approval system, and leveraging information technology for streamlined processes, all of which have now come to fruition. The Registration and Stamps Department has successfully implemented this new auto-deed generation system within its e-registration software, marking a significant step forward in modernizing administrative procedures.
In a move aimed at providing much-needed relief to the public, the state government has unveiled a groundbreaking facility for the effortless preparation of registration deeds with just a single click. The Stamp and Registration Department has successfully developed an automatic deed generation system for the seamless transfer of various types of documents. This remarkable system, known as auto-deed generation, has initially been rolled out for the registration of four key document categories: sale deeds, donation deeds, lease deeds, and rent deeds. Moreover, it is anticipated that the technology will soon be extended to accommodate other types of transfer deeds as well.
