Saatvik Subsidiary Secures Rs 4.76 Billion Solar Module Order

Saatvik Green Energy Limited said its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted an order from Vikran Engineering Limited for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules aggregating Rs 4.76 billion. The company identified the contract as commercial and domestic in nature and said the award was accepted in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements. The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges under the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The order, the company said, will be executed by March 2027 and covers the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules to the contracting party. Details were provided in an annexure accompanying the intimation, including confirmation that neither the promoter group nor group companies hold any interest in the contracting entity. The company further noted that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and is not subject to arm's length considerations.

The value of the order converts to Rs 4.76 billion, equivalent to 4.76 bn, and represents a significant commercial engagement for the material subsidiary. The filing referenced the SEBI master circular dated January 30, 2026, and indicated that the information has been posted on the corporate website for investor access. The company identified the business address and compliance officer in its regulatory communication.
