The collaboration aims to add 5,000 keys over the next five years, combining Wyndham’s global hospitality expertise with Signum’s strong operational capabilities and regional market knowledge. Under this agreement, hotels will operate under Wyndham’s Trademark Collection while being managed by Signum, ensuring high service standards and an enhanced guest experience. Signum, already operating 900 serviced apartments in the UK and Middle East, will leverage this partnership to drive growth in key markets, strengthening its presence in the global hospitality sector.
