Silver Touch Secures Major AgriTech Project For CM-KISAN Portal

Silver Touch Technologies Limited has received a purchase order from Odisha Computer Application Centre on behalf of the Government of Odisha for enhancement, operation, maintenance and technical support of the CM-KISAN portal under the Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department. The order covers comprehensive modernisation and long term management of the farmer benefit platform that supports agricultural welfare schemes and direct benefit transfers to farmers across the State. The engagement was announced on the fifth of March, two thousand and twenty six and will focus on sustaining critical digital infrastructure for scheme delivery.

The CM-KISAN platform plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless delivery of financial assistance and welfare benefits to farmers and the company will work to strengthen the digital backbone of farmer centric welfare schemes. The project will enhance integration with national and state level agricultural databases while improving transparency, accuracy and traceability of benefit distribution. The work is expected to enable real time, data driven decision making for agricultural governance and to improve operational responsiveness.

The order reinforces Silver Touch’s growing presence in AgriTech and Digital Public Infrastructure and forms part of an expanding portfolio focused on farmer lifecycle management systems, direct benefit transfer platforms, scheme integration frameworks and secure scalable cloud based agricultural applications.
