Silver Touch Technologies Limited has received a purchase order from Odisha Computer Application Centre on behalf of the Government of Odisha for enhancement, operation, maintenance and technical support of the CM-KISAN portal under the Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department. The order covers comprehensive modernisation and long term management of the farmer benefit platform that supports agricultural welfare schemes and direct benefit transfers to farmers across the State. The engagement was announced on the fifth of March, two thousand and twenty six and will focus on sustaining critical digital infrastructure for scheme delivery.

The CM-KISAN platform plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless delivery of financial assistance and welfare benefits to farmers and the company will work to strengthen the digital backbone of farmer centric welfare schemes. The engagement also complements ongoing rural digital enablement initiatives and wider inclusive development efforts in the State.

An executive director of the company described the partnership as a strategic commitment to leverage digital innovation for agricultural transformation and inclusive rural growth and noted that AgriTech remains a strategic focus area with significant long term potential. Silver Touch Technologies Limited is a leading IT solutions and digital transformation firm with expertise in e governance, digital public infrastructure, cloud modernisation, cybersecurity and large scale system integration.
