Sinoboom Launches Two Electric Telescopic Boom Lifts

Sinoboom has launched two electric telescopic boom lifts in its Plus series: the TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD. The models are designed for a range of working environments, with the company highlighting their versatility and performance.

Their X-type chassis balances transportability with stability. The machines measure 2.49m wide with the axles retracted and 3.34m with them extended. The narrower stowed width allows transport on flatbed trucks and in high-cube containers. Both models share a platform with their diesel counterparts, with modular components and common parts intended to help rental companies manage spare-parts inventories.

Each lift uses a 336V automotive-grade powertrain featuring Inovance technology and an integrated three-in-one motor. Sinoboom says the configuration provides efficient transmission and cooling, alongside low energy consumption, stable performance and a long service life.

The lifts have three capacity settings: 480kg and 340kg in restricted modes, and 250kg in unrestricted mode. The company says the unrestricted setting can carry up to three occupants plus tools, while the restricted settings allow two occupants.

The TB39ERJ Plus HD has a maximum working height of 41.2m, while the TB42ERJ Plus HD reaches 43.6m. Their maximum horizontal working envelopes are 22.7m, 23.6m and 24.7m across the two restricted and unrestricted modes, respectively.

For manoeuvring, both machines feature 235° jib rotation, 360° continuous turntable rotation and 180° platform rotation. Four steering modes—four-wheel, crab, rear-wheel and front-wheel steering—are intended to support movement across different working conditions.

Both lifts are compatible with Sinoboom’s Range Extender, which the company says can extend operating time. Their power systems are arranged on the turntable for service access and include power-failure protection for personnel and equipment.

Gavin Wang, Rotating Director of Sinoboom R&D Center, said the machines offer a quiet, emissions-free option for large projects where emissions are a concern.

The TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD are available in India, Southeast Asia and mainland Europe.
