Siyaram Recycling Secures Brass Scrap Order From Metal Scrap India

Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited said in a regulatory filing to the BSE that it has secured an order from Metal Scrap India for brass scrap. The order is valued at Rs nine point nine two million (mn) and is described as a fixed cost contract awarded by a domestic entity. The disclosure was submitted under regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and referenced the SEBI circular dated 13 July 2023. The company stated that the order forms part of routine commercial operations and provided annexed particulars as required.

The contract is to be executed within five days and the filing set out the timeframe and payment terms in brief. The filing clarified that the promoters and promoter group have no interest in the contract awarder and that the transaction is not a related party dealing.
