Siyaram Recycling Secures Brass Scrap Order

Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited (Siyaram Recycling) has secured an order from Metal Scrap India for the supply of brass scrap. The contract was disclosed in a regulatory filing to BSE Limited (BSE) and carries a value of Rs 9.92 mn following conversion from the amount stated in the filing. The company characterised the engagement as a domestic fixed cost order to be executed within five days.

The order was recorded as worth Rs 99,23,800 in the submission and converted to the equivalent in millions for clarity, resulting in Rs 9.92 mn. The awardor is a domestic counterparty and the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the buyer. The transaction does not fall within related party rules and was described as an arm's length commercial sale.

Siyaram Recycling indicated that the supply concerns brass scrap and that operational teams in Jamnagar will handle fulfilment and logistics promptly. The company specified a five day timeline for completion and noted that the arrangement is time bound and fixed price, reducing exposure to near term market volatility. Production and dispatch were framed as routine commercial activity within the firm’s existing scrap handling operations.

The disclosure was signed by the managing director as part of formal compliance with SEBI listing obligations and related circulars, and the company requested that the filing be taken on record by the exchange. The filing date was 17 July 2026 and the place of dispatch was Jamnagar, according to the document.
