TDI Infrastructure Invests Rs 1 Bn to Relaunch TDI City Kundli

TDI Infrastructure has relaunched its flagship integrated township, TDI City Kundli, with a planned investment of Rs 1 billion. The relaunch comes as Kundli rapidly evolves into a prime investment hub within the NCR, driven by major infrastructure developments and large-scale urban planning initiatives.

Spread across 1,100 acres, TDI City Kundli is one of the earliest and most ambitious township projects in the northern corridor of Delhi. The relaunch will see township-wide upgradation, introducing modern infrastructure, enhanced lifestyle amenities, and a new phase of community-centric development. New social, wellness, and recreational spaces, including one of India’s largest township clubhouses designed by Essentia Architects, will strengthen Kundli’s identity as a complete lifestyle destination.

The relaunch builds on TDI Infrastructure’s robust foundation, following its achievement earlier this year of becoming completely debt-free after clearing over Rs 20 billion in dues. This positions the company for a new growth phase, with TDI City Kundli as the centerpiece of expansion.

Kundli’s prominence is driven by infrastructure upgrades such as the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), which links NH-1 to IGI Airport and Gurugram, reducing travel time to Central Delhi to 40 minutes and to the airport in under an hour. The Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway (KMP) enhances regional mobility, while the proposed Delhi Metro extension and Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor will further integrate Kundli into NCR’s high-speed transit network.

Economic and social anchors are also boosting Kundli’s growth. The 5,000-acre Rajiv Gandhi Education City hosts premier institutions and research hubs, creating demand from students, professionals, and ancillary businesses. Nearby industrial and logistics developments, supported by corridors like the Amritsar–Delhi–Kolkata Industrial Corridor, are further driving economic vibrancy.

Akshay Taneja, CEO of TDI Infrastructure, said, “The relaunch of TDI City Kundli is a defining step in our long-term vision to create modern, aspirational, and future-ready communities. With a planned investment of Rs 1 billion, township-wide enhancements, and new lifestyle-first developments, Kundli is set to redefine integrated living. The region’s extraordinary infrastructure transformation perfectly aligns with our growth ambitions, placing TDI City Kundli at the forefront of NCR’s northern expansion.”
