TIL Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 66% as TCPL Boosts Growth

TIL Limited reported a 66% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 1.17 billion in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 710 million in the corresponding quarter last year. The results include a part-quarter contribution from Tulip Compression (TCPL), which was acquired in May 2026.

Consolidated EBITDA rose to Rs 70.32 million from Rs 10.05 million in Q1 FY26, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 6.2 per cent from 1.5 per cent. The company reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 70.31 million, compared with a loss of Rs 100.29 million a year earlier, while net loss narrowed to Rs 50.45 million from Rs 60.22 million.

On a standalone basis, TIL's operating revenue increased around 25 per cent YoY to Rs 790 million from Rs 630 million. EBITDA rose 223 per cent to Rs 30.39 million, with the margin improving to 4.3 per cent. TCPL contributed standalone revenue of Rs 390 million and EBITDA of Rs 30.96 million during its part-quarter consolidation.

TIL said its performance was supported by execution of its existing order book, aftermarket growth and the initial integration of TCPL. During the quarter, the company delivered nine Reach Stackers, its highest quarterly delivery in the segment since the new management took over. TIL is targeting a 38-40 per cent market share in the Reach Stacker segment over the coming year.

TIL's standalone order book stood at Rs 2.11 billion, comprising Rs 1.87 billion of prime product orders and Rs 240 million from aftermarket operations. Its standalone enquiry pipeline was Rs 3.73 billion.

The consolidated order book of TIL and TCPL stood at Rs 5.39 billion, including Rs 4.06 billion from prime products and Rs 1.33 billion from aftermarket business. The combined enquiry pipeline was Rs 4.90 billion. TIL's consolidated net worth stood at Rs 2.72 billion as of June 30, 2026.
