Time Technoplast Secures Rs 38.14 Crore HPCL Order

Time Technoplast rose one point nine zero per cent to Rs 203.19 after securing an order valued at Rs 38.14 crore from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation. The contract covers the supply of 0.14 million (mn) 10-kg Type IV composite LPG cylinders and is to be executed within six months through the Government e-Marketplace. The order value converts to 381.4 million (mn) and the cylinder quantity equals 0.14 million (mn) units.

The company said the contract reflects accelerating adoption of composite cylinders by India's oil marketing companies, driven by enhanced safety, lightweight construction and improved consumer convenience. It said the award reinforces the group's leadership in the composite cylinder segment and supports the transition towards modern, customer-centric LPG distribution. The procurement route and delivery timeline underline institutional demand for alternative packaging technologies.

HPCL has recently rolled out a distribution model for composite cylinders via leading quick-commerce platforms to enable on-demand consumer deliveries, and Time Technoplast's participation aligns with that initiative. The firm described the order as consistent with its focus on delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for the energy sector. Time Technoplast operates globally across multiple countries with a portfolio spanning industrial packaging solutions, lifestyle products, automotive components, infrastructure and material handling solutions and composite cylinders.

In financials, the company reported a 20.4 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 131.84 crore in Q4 FY26 on a 14.2 per cent increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1,676.67 crore versus Q4 FY25. The profit converts to 1,318.4 million (mn), equivalent to 1.3184 billion (bn), and the revenue converts to 16,766.7 million (mn), equivalent to 16.7667 billion (bn). The order will be executed within the stated tenure and will contribute to the company's segmental momentum.
