Titan Intech to Build Rs 2.5 Bn Display Unit in Amaravati

Titan Intech Limited has signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to establish an integrated display electronics manufacturing facility in the Amaravati Capital Region. The project, involving an investment of about Rs 2.5 billion, will be developed in phases on a 20-acre site earmarked for electronics clusters and is expected to generate around 500 direct and indirect jobs.
The planned facility will offer end-to-end capabilities in high-value display technologies, including controllers for LCD, LED and mini/micro-LED systems, video processing engines, driver electronics and backlight modules, supported by a captive EMS unit. Titan Intech has also partnered with a leading South Korean OEM to facilitate technology transfer and global manufacturing standards.
Managing Director Rudraraju Kumar Raju said the new unit would place Titan Intech at the forefront of advanced display electronics, supported by strong government collaboration and international partnerships. APEDB will provide facilitation support through land, incentives and clearances.
Aligned with the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, the project aims to strengthen India’s domestic electronics ecosystem, reduce import reliance and attract ancillary units and R&D investment in the coming years.
