This move aims to reduce dependency on imported components such as Zirfon and asbestos-based diaphragms, bolstering India’s green hydrogen goals. The collaboration will support domestic manufacturing of cost-effective electrolysers, vital for producing green hydrogen for steel, fertilisers, and transport sectors. Reinforcing its clean energy push, BHEL recently posted a 123 per cent Y-o-Y jump in Q3 FY25 net profit to Rs 1.34 billion, with revenue rising 32 per cent to Rs 72.77 billion. Its shares edged up 0.22 per cent on the BSE.Contact: BHELWebsite: https://www.bhel.com/Tel: 011-6633 7598Email: cmd@bhel.in
